Warranty Repairs

Tekniton is proud to be an authorized service provider for major electronic & appliance manufacturers. If you require service, please have the following information ready to provide to our customer care agents or by email as it is critical to get the repair process started:

  • The Brand of your product
  • Model Number and Serial Number. Based on this information, our technicians can pre-diagnose the problem and order parts as their goal is complete your repair in one visit.
  • Date of Purchase. This information is required to validate your warranty.
  • Proof of Purchase / Receipt. If you believe your product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, please email us a copy as it is required by manufacturers for warranty coverage.
  • Detailed description of the problem you are experiencing with your product.

Once you have submitted your request, our technical staff will evaluate the problem, order parts, and schedule an in-home service visit.

Extended Warranty Repairs

If you purchased extended warranty for your product and your product is beyond manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the store where you purchased your product to request service. Please tell them that you would like Tekniton to perform the service and they will create a service ticket and assigned it to us. Once we get the service ticket, our customer care agents will contact you to schedule service.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If your product is no longer under any kind of warranty, we would be happy to provide you with a repair estimate. Our rates are very competitive and are based on the product type. You have two options for your estimate:

  • Carry-In. If the size of the product you need service for is reasonable and you can bring it to our facility, for a non-refundable fee of $60.00 we can evaluate your product and provide you with a detailed repair estimate. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the estimate fee will be applied towards the final repair fee.
  • In-Home. If you want us to schedule and send a technician out to your home to perform an in-home evaluation of your product, we charge a fee of $100.00. This fee covers diagnosis and the costs associated with travelling to your home. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the estimate fee will be applied towards the final repair fee.

Warranty. We are pleased to guarantee the repairs performed for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Only parts and labor listed on the repair invoice are covered by our warranty. If any other parts break down due to use, age, or any other reason beyond our control, the regular price will be charged for any other parts replaced and labor performed.
